This production line comprises of the stainless steel washing machine, manual frame mounting station, automatic assembly, automatic flat press, and automatic tilting and shifting table. This line has been constructed in modular design to enable smooth adaptation of a higher degree of automation in the future.

Main Feature:

1, It is a completely automatic insulating glass production line.
2, Then entire machine adopts the PLC to control the working condition.
3, Adopts the imported vacuum generator and sucker, which made the suction effect to the glass much better.
4, The press section adopts the unique straight guide rail, fully guaranteed the parallel press effect.
5, Based on the customers' particular request, the entire machine can be improved and produce the Step IG Unit and Three Piece IG production(It is a special custom-made order).
